Terms & Conditions:

 

-Payment is Due as soon as order is made or Invoice is sent

  *In the case of Custom orders, payment will be due within 24 hours or receiving your Invoice is received, Unless otherwise stated by Justine Drew, at Light Of Luna Creations.

 

​-All Art purchases are final sale, we do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. 

 *When you have received your order, if your item(s) were damaged in transit, we immediately require:

  1. Photo of the Damage to the Packaging

 2. Photo of any item(s) as they are, freshly out of the packaging.

 3. It will then be determined by Light Of Luna Creations if your request meets the requirements for Replacement OR Refund (shipping costs not included)

-All orders are currently shipped via Canada Post (with a Tracking ID number). Once your Item(s) has been officially delivered, Light Of Luna Creations will not be held liable/ responsible for any damage acquired after delivery, aswell as any stolen or lost items.

​

-Any handmade items (ex. Sculptures/ Figurines, jewelry, miniatures, hand painted canvas, etc) are one of a kind and unable to be replicated exactly. Because of this, any   "approved replacement" of damaged Items would need to be approved, resolved and planned with Justine Drew, Light Of Luna Creations. If Justine Drew does not feel this   task would be possible or appropriate, she then has the right to refuse and offer a refund at her discretion (shipping costs will not be refunded).

** This policy only pertains   to handmade items that were damaged in transit.**

-ZERO tolerance for any and all disrespect, cruelty or harassment. Justine Drew, Light Of Luna Creations holds all rights to deny service, refunds or replacements in this case.    Absolutely no exceptions will be made.

 

 

Return Policy:

 

We only offer refund or replacement/ exchange, for a handmade Art piece made by Justine Drew, Light Of Luna Creations.
Any refund or replacement/ exchange of a handmade Art item is completely up to the discretion of Justine Drew, Light Of Luna Creations. We are able to refuse at our discretion if you do not meet the requirements of refund / replacement as stated in Terms and Conditions.
